Privacy Notice for FILTO TOV
This notice explains what FILTO TOV does with the information you send through the catalogue-request form on filto.store, or through email to partners@filto.store. The notice covers the public-facing website only.
Who is the controller
The controller of the information is FILTO TOV, a limited liability company entered into the State Register of Ukraine on 9 February 2000 under registry record 1 065 120 0000 001298 (certificate A00 No. 209844). The registered office is at vul. Zdolbunivska, 3, Kyiv 02081, Ukraine. The company is identified by EDRPOU 30 682 759 and DUNS 681184692.
What we receive
The catalogue-request form processes the company name, contact-person name, work email address, the industry you select, the interest area you select, and any short note you choose to include. Email enquiries are processed as you send them. We treat all of this as business-context information about a working contact at a company.
Why we process it
We use the information for one purpose: to prepare and send the catalogue sheet you asked for, and to follow up on the enquiry by phone or email if a FILTO representative needs to clarify specifications, lead time or pricing. Where you submit an enquiry as a prospective reseller or integrator, we may also use it to assess the partner fit described on the partners page.
How long we keep it
B2B prospect records are retained for 24 months from the last meaningful contact, after which they are removed from active systems. Partner records that lead to a working relationship are retained for the lifetime of the contract and the statutory record-keeping period that follows it.
Who else sees it
Information stays with FILTO staff who handle the practice area you selected. We do not sell or rent contact details, we do not transfer them to advertising networks, and we do not enrich them with third-party data sources. If a reply involves a sub-contracted installation crew or repair workshop, only the operational detail needed to plan that work is shared with them, under written confidentiality.
Cookies and analytics
filto.store uses only the cookies that are strictly required to render the site and to keep the catalogue-request form working across pages. We do not run advertising analytics, behavioural tracking, or third-party measurement.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time what we hold about your contact record, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it ahead of the 24-month retention point. Send the request from the email address concerned to partners@filto.store; we acknowledge within five working days and act within thirty.
